Why does she love him? Let's count the reasons...
He isn’t one for fancy gadgets
He isn’t into fancy cars
He doesn’t care much for designer clothes
He doesn’t care much about people who shows-off
He loves his family to the core
He is honest to a fault
He loves to cook, serve and help people
He (used to)love(s) to muddy his hands in the garden tending his plants
He loves to spend hours watching sports channel; even if it is a repeat telecast
He loves to spend his money pampering his princess (well, both of them now)
He can go out of his way to make anyone feel special
He can spend hours together playing crazy games with his new addition and still have energy to deal with her tantrums
He can be extremely patient yet so impatient sometimes
He can make some really tough resolution and break them too...well, within no time :D
He can turn into a fitness freak one day and eat his heart out the very next day
He can spend hours on treadmill someday and the sleep for next whole day
He can happily agree to go on a long drive (in middle of weekday's traffic) or (window) shopping even after a hectic day at work, just to please his better-half
He can do any kind of crazy things just to bring smile in her face
(I know he believes in what’s the fun of being in love if you don’t go out on a limb from time to time)
However, amidst all those perfections and imperfections, he is my most prized possession.
P, SO much has happened since we celebrated our 1st valentine's day, in our own innocent way, exactly 10 years back.
I must say, it's been a whirlwind of love since then.
Here's to the lovely moments we had spent as dating love birds and even more glorious years as "man and wife".

ReplyDeleteI still remember ur first valentine's day as well Dotto... and many more where i thought i would do the same with my (then) would be valentine :D.
