Thanks for being there...

1. When her first and foremost priority was always and still is "you and only you"

2. When she sacrifices many things that she would have loved to do just because it may divert you from your studies

3. When she selflessly and happily escorted you to all the dance/music/art classes every single day of the week even after a hectic day at work (and needless to say managing(perfectly) the home too)

4. When she used to be more excited when you participated in any compitition and won a prize

5. When she had learnt the "art of recitation" so that she can teach you and help you appreciate the beauty of it

6. When she gives up her sleep at night just to take care of ailing you

7. When she blindly takes your side without any question or tinge of doubt

8. For the nights she stayed up just to sit beside you and give company before your board/semester exams

9. When she tells you how proud she is of you, when you have done absolutely nothing spectacular

10. When she lets you throw more parties for any crazy reasons and gives you company for all "girlie-stuff" (yes, yes..we had done all...retail therapy to face-mask to salon trip to kitty party to spa trip to putting hair-color to discussing family secrets to drool over designer sari/jewelry ....to name a few)

11. When she lets you live your life without too many restrictions despite the fact that there were very few other mothers who would dream of letting their daughters do the things I was allowed to do

12. When she knows about your dreams and allowed you to explore your opputunity in an unknown city, although it meant "end-of-world" for her then without you around

13. When she knows about your crushes and how your hubby was "the one" for you even before you telling her

14. When she selflessly stays up at night looking after your crying new borns even though she was with you in hospital spending just as many sleepless nights as you before that

15. When she is ready to rush to you or arrange an alternative (if she can't because of work reason) when you need a support during pregnancy or to look after your kid

16. When she calls you in the evening after having spoken to you same day morning and says "it's been such a long time since we spoke"

17. When she enthusiastically buys gifts for each and every small occasions and makes an effort to make "the day" special for you, even though she is miles away 

18. When she supports you in the decisions you take although it may mean lot of sacrifices from her end

19. When she stands up for what she believes in and pass onto the same quality to you

20. For being so talented and yet so understated

21. For always believing in me and teaching me to be independent & believe in myself

22. For always having time for me and being my "bestest" friend and my most-favorite "gossip-mate"

23. For being so modern and yet not-compromise on your principles

24. For being a fantabulous MIL and grandmother

25. For being my biggest strength and "THE BEST MOM" once can ever have

You are these and much much more that.
I absolutely admire you and your boundless energy.
