14 is where all she is nothing less than a lady.

14 is also not touching her paints for months together.
14 is negotiating time for her badminton.
14 is switching her passion overnight to sports which she had no interest before.
14 is treasuring her pocket-money from her grand-parents.
14 is learning the art of finance and so very proud.
14 is a lot of Reels, YouTube and memes that you don’t understand.
14 is actively following Olympics and Cricket along with her father.
14 loves thrillers and saves every penny to buy a new one.
14 is baking her own version of mug-cake anytime she is in mood.
14 makes you coffee in between your long office calls.
14 shares recipes with her mom and shares a common pin-board.
14 is a night-owl during her exam month.
14 wakes up at noon at any given option.
14 is wet towel in the bed and messy wardrobes.
14 treasures her stationaries and loves hauling them.
14 finds joy in simple gifts and so easy to please.
14 is introvert and needs time to open up her layers.
14 talks non-stop with her buddies.
14 is the partner is crime with her brother.
14 is a stricter parents to her sibling.
14 finds public hugging revolting.
14 now walks a few steps ahead of you.
14 is also a couple of inches taller than you.
14 is a die-hard Arijit Singh's fan and keeps tab of his live performances.
14 is no longer clinging to your body every night.
14 is totally independent with her stuffs in her room.
14 melts your heart.
14 convinces you to break the rules but also very particular of her brother's rule.
14 awakens love so exquisite that it scares you.
14 mothers you.
14 validates your emotion when you are clueless about it.
14 is considered adult in our home because of the maturity she displays in many situation.
14 also embarrasses us with her kiddish stuff sometimes.
14 is a teacher's pet, well most of the teachers.
14 sneaks up on you.
14 showed up when you least expected her, but when you needed her most.
14 had been my crying pillow as life happened.
14 awes me with her advices when I need them the most.
14 is the kindest grand-daughter I have ever seen.
14 is the most protective elder sister one can ever wish you.
14 is strikingly beautiful.
14 is fiercely sullen one moment, exuberantly buoyant the next.
14 wants to talk every single details of her life, on some good days.
14 is hard to catch on many days. Much like a toddler.
14 needs her mom just like she needed as a baby.
14 is growing up.
14 is letting go.
14 is still your baby.

I’m not sure what I’d do if you weren’t my punching bag, voice of reason, partner in crime, most honest critic and my pillow through all these years.
